Insurance Information
GO Rentals provides a Fully Comprehensive Insurance as standard on all car rentals. However the insurance (like any policy) is subject to an excess. The excess is what you are liable for in the event of an accident. The amount of the excess very much depends on the type of vehicle you are renting and also the age of the driver.
We also provide CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) which enables you to reduce the excess to a lower value and therefore eliminate your risk and liability. We highly recommend the purchase of CDW as you never know what is around the corner. The road and weather conditions in New Zealand are not as good as other parts of the world so for your own peace of mind it is well worth while.
