Your menu includes a hot selection of succulent New Zealand Lamb & Chicken, Potatoes (Rewai), Sweet Potato (Kumara) and stuffing (a combination of Bread, Mixed Herbs, Corn, Carrots & Peas), along with a selection of side dishes, condiments, salads and desserts. War Canoe/Waka Hand carved by the Mitai family, the waka (ancient war canoe) paddles by, leaving you spellbound. See warriors in traditional dress traveling down the Wai-O-Whiro Stream as was done many years ago. This experience is powerful, emotional, truly captivating and unforgettable. Glow Worms Mitai Village is home to Rotorua's only glow worms in their natural setting. They make a spectacular backdrop to the beautiful stream that flows through the bush. Mitai is also home to the sacred Fairy Spring, that releases over twenty four million litres of pure spring water every day. Beauty By Night Beauty by Night Meets the People of the Land, combines our memorable Maori cultural experience with Rainbow Springs by night. Following our spectacular cultural experience and succulent Hangi meal, walk through the bush to Rainbow Springs to experience Beauty by Night. Stroll through the park observing the flora and wildlife at night including the new walk-through outdoor kiwi enclosure. It is an unique opportunity to enjoy Rainbow Springs under light. Return courtesy transport is provided within 10kms of the central business district. Pick up from your accommodation is between 5.45 to 6.15pm.
